A name or location entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Search terms are not stored or logged here.
Messages
An email or contact submission may be retained to respond to the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
When a page loads, technical information may be collected, including IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring source, and timestamps. Links to government offices, jail and court resources, outside search tools, and other websites are governed by the destination’s privacy practices once selected. Advertising partners may measure activity across sites through their own systems.
Personal data is not sold. It can be processed by search partners handling a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, or government and law-enforcement bodies when a valid legal order requires disclosure.
Security and Minors
Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet-connected system can promise complete security. This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from people under 18. A parent or guardian may ask for removal of a minor’s submitted information.
Your Choices
A visitor may request a copy of information held about them, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where appropriate, or an opt-out from certain processing. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable law and operational needs.
